Visions of Truth Community
Development Corporation (VOTCDC) is a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization
located in Portsmouth, Virginia that provides educational, community and
economic development services to youth and families of Hampton Roads. Through these offerings we are breaking the
cycle of intergenerational poverty and creating opportunities so children,
families, and our community can thrive in all areas of life
VOTCDC's primary purpose is to help residents achieve self sufficiency and long-term economic stability by bridging the educational divide for low to moderate income families through a variety of innovative programs and services.
Mission
Vision of Truth Community Development Corporation's mission is to provide resources, programs and training that enable individuals to become self sufficient and productive citizens.
